Join our community as we have a fun day of activities and dancing. Open Heartland will be selling Agua Fresca at our tent, come say Hola!
A Celebration of Culture
First Christian Church July 7th from 7 pm to 8 pm on their east lawn to celebrate the arts and music of Open Heartland's Children's Folklorico dancers. A love offering will be taken to support Open Heartland.
Loteria
Join us for a fun night of Loteria (think BINGO) at Big Grove Brewery. Family fun for everyone one dollar per card, 50/50 split donation to Open Heartland. Silent auction with incredible prizes to bid on, come have dinner and play!

One dollar a card, Winner takes 50% of the pot! The other 50% is donated directly to Open Heartland. Participate in the Silent Auction and enjoy a halftime show from our Folklorico Dancers.

Free UI Medical Clinic
Continuing our 4th year of collaborating with the University of Iowa Mobile Medical Clinic, we're proud to announce that our next clinic is Sunday, March 30th. UI medical personnel and med students attend to Open Heartland adults who lack health insurance but need medical attention. We offer individual bi-lingual Patient Advocates to help our families navigate the often new experience of meeting with a doctor to help with translations and building trust.
